JOCKEY CARLOS SALAS CASTRO OKAY AFTER FALL WHEN HIS MOUNT DUCKED OUT IN SIXTH RACE TONIGHT

GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas (Friday, September 28, 2012) – Jockey Carlos Salas Castro was dislodged from his mount in the sixth race tonight at Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie.

Ss Poker Face Dream ducked out in the Dash for Cash Juvenile Stakes unseating the jockey half way down the stretch.

Castro was taken to Lone Star Parks First Aid Station where he complained of soreness in his right shoulder. He was released after being thoroughly checked out by EMTs.
