• Senior Citizens’ Day and Military Discount Night: All senior citizens’, age 62 or older with a valid I.D., or members of any branch of the military, with a valid military I.D., receive free general admission.
• Pepsi Can Offer: Bring any Pepsi can to Lone Star Park and receive a Pepsi track pack. It’s good for One (1) Free General Admission and One (1) Free Large Pepsi. This offer is only available in the Grandstand for live racing.
• Bar & Book Happy Hour: Join us at Bar & Book for happy hour! Happy hour is available from 4 - 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and includes $3 well drinks and $2 select domestic drafts! Plus, don't miss our $5 drink menu that is always available with signature drinks unique to Bar & Book.
• Poker at Bar & Book: Join us at Bar & Book each Thursday night to play in the World Poker Tour Amateur Poker League! Two sessions will be available each Thursday, 5 p.m. and 8 p.m., and it is completely free to play. • Free Seminar with John Lies: Join us on Saturday, November 10 at 10:30 a.m. at Bar & Book for a free handicapping seminar hosted by Track Announcer, John Lies! John will preview Hollywood Park's season and provide expert analysis into the day's race card. Don't miss it!
November's Seminar Series will continue on Saturday, November 17 with Award-Winning Turf Writer, Gary West and on Saturday, November 24 with Track Handicapper, Rick Lee!
• Live American Quarter Horse Racing: Closing night of the 2012 Fall Meeting of Champions for American Quarter Horses features the 20th running of the Grade 1, $1,000,000 Texas Classic Futurity, the 20th running of the Grade 1, $377,219 Texas Classic Derby and the first running of the $80,459 Texas Classic Juvenile Stakes. Gates open at 5:30 p.m. – First of 11 live races is 6:35 p.m. (CT).
• Meet Q-Racing Ace Martha Claussen: Free handicapping materials and tip sheet courtesy of AQHA Racing will be given away to fans. Plus a pre-race handicapping show with Q-Racing Ace, Martha Claussen, Track Announcer, John Lies and Lone Star Park Handicapper, Rick Lee. They will each give in-depth analysis of the featured stakes races.
• Fan Appreciation Night: Fans will have the opportunity to win great prizes in our Fan Appreciation Night drawings between the races! Prizes include Mutuel Vouchers and Gift Cards! Entry forms must be deposited in the entry bins before the 7 p.m. entry deadline.

Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie, a Class I racetrack operated by Global Gaming Solutions LLC, offers a 26-day 2012 Fall Meeting of Champions for American Quarter Horses which opens Friday, September 14 and concludes on Saturday, November 10. Live racing will be held three days a week, Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 6:35 p.m.
