LONE STAR PARK AT GRAND PRAIRIE

Lone Star Park at Grand Prairie; A major league sports entertainment attraction that features two exciting racing seasons annually. Over 700,000 guests visit our beautiful facility each year, which features a seven-level glass-enclosed Grandstand, highlighted by our 1,200-seat Silks Dining Room and our 48 luxurious Penthouse Suites, all overlooking the newest race track in Texas. Situated next to our Grandstand is the 36,000 square foot world-class Las Vegas-style Racebook and simulcast facility, Bar & Book, which features wagering on horse racing from around the world 7-days a week year-round.

2024 Thoroughbred Racing Season; The heart of our product offering, running 41-days from April 18 through July 14. The Thoroughbred Racing Season runs during Triple Crown season and features an action-packed promotional schedule with lively entertainment and fun for the entire family.

Lone Star Park is located on Beltline Road, just ½ mile north of I-30 in Grand Prairie, Texas.

GLOBAL GAMING SOLUTIONS, LLC (GGS)

A wholly owned subsidiary of the Chickasaw Nation with a primary business focus of pursuing entertainment, gaming and racing related opportunities in emerging jurisdictions in the United States and overseas as well as acquisition of regional gaming and entertainment assets. GGS LLC is the parent company of GGS RP, which owns Remington Park in Oklahoma City, OK and GGS LSP, which owns a significant stake in Lone Star Park. GGS LSP is the track operator who owns the license to operate Lone Star Park and leases the property from the Grand Prairie Sports Facilities Development Corporation.

FUN FACTS

The barn area consists of 32 barns with accommodations for up to 1,600 horses. It also includes a receiving building, hold & test barn, maintenance barn and administrative building.

The racetrack consists of a one-mile dirt oval with seven-furlong and 550-yard chutes, 90-feet wide with six degree banking on the turns. The distance from the final turn to the finish line is 930 feet. A 7/8-mile oval turf course also exists with a 1-1/8-mile inside chute, 90-feet wide with six degree banking on turns.
