GROUP EVENTS FAQ
Final guest count confirmation or changes must be received by 4pm CST Monday, the week of your race day, for ticket delivery and service preparation.
Guests will be granted admittance one (1) hour to the start of the first race when gates are open to general admission. Early guest entry will not be allowed.
Guests should enjoy their day in business casual attire. Jeans and shorts are acceptable with collared shirts required for men. Ragged/abbreviated clothing is prohibited.
Valet services are available to pre-purchase or buy the day-of for $25.00 per vehicle.
Enter Gate 4 from Lone Star Parkway. Preferred Parking also available day-of for $10.00.
All buses delivering guests should enter Gate 4 and access the bus lane to the East Grandstand gate.
General Parking is complimentary and no pass is required. Enter Gate 1 from Belt Line Road.
Guests should enter the East Grandstand gate located by the valet parking circle.
All guests must have a ticket to enter through the admission gates. Replacement tickets will not be available for day-of printing. Each guest must use a different ticket as barcodes are unique and may only be scanned once.
Wristbands will be available at your event location for your attendees. Bands are to be distributed and worn by guests to alert security to your designated room access.
Lone Star Today racing programs will be provided at your event location upon arrival. Please alert guests that it is not necessary to purchase programs upon their arrival.
Non-alcoholic beverages will be available upon gate opening, in addition to bar service and appetizers, if ordered. Drink tickets will be delivered to the site contact upon gate opening. Private catering service will begin between the National Anthem and the first call to post. Desserts are served at race four. Bar service concludes at the call to post of the next to last race or at the call to post of the ninth race, whichever is first.
Due to the sensitive nature of our horses, the following items are not permitted on premise during live race days: balloons, flags, noise-makers and recreational balls. At no time are the following items permitted on LSP property: masks that cover the complete face, outside beverages, fire arms, mock weapons and confetti.
Minimum age to wager is 21 years old and all wagers must be made with cash (no credit card). ATMs are available in various locations. Note that ATMs will not allow cash advance from credit cards (debit card only).
