Felisha Wishaw, Director of Group Sales

Felisha is a graduate of The University of North Texas with a degree in Hospitality Management.  Over the past 20 years in the hotel industry, she has excelled in business travel and group sales for different properties in the DFW area.  Her background in hospitality fits perfectly with Lone Star Park and our culture to create winning experiences.  In her free time, she loves to spend time with friends & family as well as travel, especially anywhere with a beach.

Deborah Lankford, Account Executive

Deborah (Debbie) Lankford began employment with Lone Star Park April, 1996. Deborah held various leadership positions in the Admission Department until 2012, when she was promoted to the Event Department. She excels in customer service and works diligently to fulfill her client’s wishes and exceed expectations. Her dedication to her customers is superseded only by the love she has for her family and doting on her grandbabies. Deborah brings a wealth of knowledge about the Track’s history, race-day coordination and how to create a winning experience for her groups.

Amber Aguda, Account Executive

Amber joins Lone Star Park from the hotel industry with a background in group sales & catering.  Amber enjoyed being able to provide consistent event satisfaction for all of her events.  She is excited to bring her experience to Lone Star Park and build new relationships.  In her free time, Amber loves spending quality time with her family.

Kim Richardson, Account Executive

Kim started with Lone Star Park in 1996 in the Mutuels Department and returned to help our F&B team in 2004 during the Breeder’s Cup Championship Race.  Kim has held several positions at the track including Catering Manager, Special Event/Group Sales Manager and F&B Department Head.  Over the years, she has mastered the art of event planning with all types of events including; Corporate Events, Social Occasions, Holiday Parties or Large Outdoor Events.  Kim also has a deep passion for the sport of BMX Racing which she shares with her grandchildren.  We are excited to have her back to share her love of event planning and all things Lone Star Park.

Rosaisela Garcia, Event Sales Coordinator

Rosaisela Garcia is a graduate of The University of North Texas where she earned her degree in Recreation, Event, and Sports Management. Throughout the past 7 years, Rosaisela has planned successful fundraising events, sports tournaments, group outings, 5K’s, and Quinceañeras. Rosaisela uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to ensure that her team and guests have a seamless and fun experience. In her free time, Rosaisela likes to travel, craft, and spend time with her furry friend, Arlo.

  • This event was awesome from the planning stage to the end of the event evening. I was contacted back the same day of my inquiry. All of my questions were answered timely. They offered my group a great package. The event itself was awesome, easy access to the venue, very nice, clean suites. The food was amazing. The staff that worked our event were so nice and friendly. Everyone had a great time. People are still telling me how much fun they had. And several people won some bets! Horse racing, food, beverages - what's not to love?!
